To help you manage your iPayu m-Voucher Accounts all iPayu customers have free web access to their accounts such that they are in total control the entire time.

m Vouchers

iPayu m-Vouchers are units of electronic value that may be redeemed in exchange for goods or services at any registered iPayu merchant. iPayu m-Vouchers are available in 3 different formats:

• A Closed Voucher. Which may only be redeemed at a single predetermined merchant.
• An Open Voucher. Which may be spent at multiple predetermined iPayu merchants.
• A Universal Voucher. Which may be redeemed at any Ipayu merchant.

Cash vouchers are also available to fully registered customers.

Gifts

Gift vouchers are typically bought in advance and automatically sent to a mobile phone on a predetermined date and time (UK dates and times apply) together with your personal message. Gift vouchers are a great way to send a useful and valuable gift in a modern and cool way. Send iPayu vouchers for:

• Birthdays
• Christmas
• Anniversaries
• Valentine's Day
• To say sorry
• To say 'I love you'

In fact send an iPayu m-Voucher any time you wish to tell someone they're special.

Internet shopping

Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart click the iPayu payment option at the check out and enter your iPayu private keyword. An SMS message will be sent to your phone to ask you to confirm the transaction and, by responding positively, the value of your iPayu voucher will be reduced and the goods will be on their way to you. Note that you must first register your personal iPayu keyword at our web site before being able to shop on-line.

Point Of Sale Shopping

Choose to pay by iPayu when at the checkout and an SMS message will be sent to your phone to ask you to confirm the transaction. By responding positively, the value of your iPayu voucher(s) will be reduced, the till will be updated and the transaction is complete.
